Will we lose emails during the Zoho migration?
No. We run the old and new systems in parallel during MX propagation, so mail delivered to either side is captured. Historical mail is migrated first and verified against per-mailbox message counts before anything is decommissioned.
How much does Zoho Mail setup cost in Kolkata?
Our one-time setup fee is a flat INR amount based on mailbox count, on top of Zoho’s own per-user pricing — and for small Kolkata teams that fit Zoho’s free plan, the licence cost is literally zero. On-site visits within Kolkata are included for multi-day migrations.
